Pendleton Cowgirl Whiskey Fudge
- 1 -14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 20 0z semi-sweet chocolate chips ( thats 1 and 3/4 of a 12 ounce bag)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Pendleton Whiskey - no worries, the alcohol cooks out - you can use Jack Daniels if you like
- Prep an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
- In a sauce pan, add the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips and melt the chips on med-lo
- Stir constantly
- Add the vanilla to the whiskey and stir until very smooth
- Pour the fudge into the pan and smooth out the top woth a rubber spatula
- Allow to cool . . .if you can! . . . for 30 minutes or more
- Cut into bite-size pieces
